The Role​

​

• Making outbound calls to customers in response to the customer inquiry 

• Receiving inbound calls from customers who have a funeral requirement or are interested in funeral plans 

• Providing customers with correct and accurate information

• Arranging funerals and setting up funeral plans for customers

• Achievement of monthly sales targets 

• Processing client payments
