As a Field Sales Executive for Kinex you will go into businesses on pre-booked, pre-qualified appointments (self generation is also an option)
You will find out what they are spending on services and utilities, you will pitch them how much you can save them, and they then sign up. 

You will ALWAYS be able to save them money as Kinex are extremely competitive. So, it’s a case of closing the deal. 

Full training provided on the job and at your regional office. 
You can shadow a rep in the field as well before you go out on appts. You are FULLY supported.

The ideal candidate:

​

• Direct sales experience (not essential)

• Approachable and friendly 

• Own car and full UK driving licence

• Comfortable working self-employed, commission-only

What about leads? Do I need to do any self-gen? 

​

Appointments will be set for you. Self-generation is optional.
Typically 10-15 appointments per week (full time)

What is the commission structure?

​

• Commission is paid on each service that you switch. 

• If the company has 10 broadband lines you will be paid for each one. Then there’s gas and electric etc.. 

• Commission is paid 50% on deal sign and 50% on the service switch to Kinex (usually a 2-3 week turnaround).
