Due to the incredible number of valuations being requested by their customers, Purple Bricks are looking for more Local Property Experts / Estate Agents in your area!

As a Local Property Expert / Estate Agent, you will be the local expert in your area, building your business and your reputation. So, say goodbye to afternoon lulls in the office and say hello to an exciting new chapter in your career!

What do we look for in a Local Property Expert / Estate Agent?

  • Someone who genuinely loves their customers and enjoys supporting them. The focus is on people, not just property!

  • Someone who has an entrepreneurial mindset and a get up and go attitude!

  • A strong desire to be successful and grow your own business

  • Sound knowledge of the local property market

  • Overwhelming passion and enthusiasm

  • You must be able to look after the customer throughout the full 360 degree property sale cycle (or bring in team members to assist)

  • Great communication skills, both verbal and written

  • You must have Strong valuation experience 

  • You must have a car and a UK driving license

  • You must live local to the area you will cover 


The training course is a 2 week expensed, residential training course held at the Purplebricks head office in Solihull.

This is an amazing opportunity to start your own business with the support of a fantastic brand!

Once you have met your Regional Manager, the next step would be some basic admin to get your business set up! This would include setting up a limited company, registering for anti-money laundering and the ombudsman, indemnity insurance, setting up business bank account and getting a CRB. This may sound like a lot of work but the RM will be able to guide you in the right direction and once its done, its done and you can get earning and growing your business!

Purplebricks will offer you a guarantee of £2000 for the first two months.
