The UK’s No. 1 fitted bedroom company, Sharps Bedrooms, are looking for energetic and driven direct sales professionals due to ongoing growth to join their vibrant UK sales team, working in the homes of their customers, designing and selling the bedrooms of their dreams.
Design skills are not necessary as full training is provided but previous direct sales experience is a distinct advantage. If you are driven by money and success, we have fantastic opportunities for you.

The ideal candidate

• The ability to sell

• A proven track record of high achievement in sales.

• A strong desire to succeed.

• Ideally previously sold in the home - although not essential.

• You must have your own transport and telephone

• You must be available to attend a one week expensed sales and product training course in Bilston 

 

Appointments

• You will be provided with all of your appointments – up to 4 per day On average of 15-20 appointments per week.

• No need to self-generate your own appointments (however if you do happen to pick up any referrals, you are paid a higher commission)

 

Travel

• Average distance to travel from your home is around 45 minutes maximum to an appointment. This may vary depending upon your geography.

 

Commission & conversion

• AOV is £3500. You are paid 7% commission on the net order value plus 2.5% commission if the order is on finance

• The average conversion rate when you first start at Sharps is 1 in 5. This can rise to 1 in 3 within 6 months
